The INTERNATIONAL TRADE BANK would use the New York and London Stock Markets for capitalization.
3. Scope of Operation
The bank will finance Manufacturers or Producers of the Host Country with "Manufacturing or Production Contracts" from buyers located in top consumer markets, including but not limited to buyers located in the following countries:
- Argentina - Australia - Brazil - Canada - China - European Union - France - India - Indonesia - Italy - Japan - Mexico - Portugal - Republic of Korea - Russia - Saudi Arabia - South Africa - Spain - Turkey - United Kingdom - United States of America
NOTE: The Chamber of Commerce will help Manufacturers or Producers of the Host Country in obtaining those "Contracts". If a borrower does not have a "Manufacturing or Production Contract", he or she will not be able to pay back to the bank. This is why the Chamber of Commerce will make sure that each borrower of the INTERNATIONAL TRADE BANK in the Host Country has a "Manufacturing or Production Contract" with payment guarantee from a local or international "buyer".
4. Role of HCACC - Hispanic and Chinese American Chamber of Commerce, Inc.
The principal role of the Chamber of Commerce is to guarantee the success of the INTERNATIONAL TRADE BANK of the Host Country. Our responsibilities include, but not limited to providing:
4.1. Assistance to the Host Country authorities in the implementation of the INTERNATIONAL TRADE BANK project.
4.2. Assistance to the board of directors of the INTERNATIONAL TRADE BANK in the Host Country in raising the funds for its operations.
4.3. Assistance to Manufacturers or Producers in the Host Country in obtaining "Manufacturing or Production Contracts" from buyers located in top consumer markets, including but not limited to buyers located in the following countries:
