HCACC - Hispanic and Chinese American Chamber of Commerce of the United States invites you and farmers all over the world to participate in the International Program for a Sustainable Agriculture (IPSA), which integrates the three essential elements of a sustainable agriculture: Technology, Financing and Market.

Technology: Through this program, small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises, cooperatives and associations in developing countries gain access to all types of machinery, equipment and inputs needed to improve the production of grains, cereals, pulses, fruits, vegetables, etc., and lower their costs.

Financing: The use of Forward Contracts in this program facilitates the access of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises, cooperatives and associations in developing countries, to national and international credit institutions, which provide financing for all kind of machinery, equipment and supplies needed for an efficient agriculture. Also, IPSA farmers receive money by selling their products in advance in commodities exchanges.

Market: With this program, small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises, cooperatives and associations in developing countries can market their products in both local markets and major international consumer markets
